We offer free standard shipping on all UK orders — no minimum spend, no hidden fees.

Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays. These are estimated timeframes — most orders arrive within this window but occasional delays can occur.
Why Does Shipping Take This Long?
We're honest about this: our watches ship directly from our supplier to your door, which means longer transit times but significantly lower prices. You're getting a £25–£50 watch that would cost 3–4x more elsewhere — the trade-off is a longer wait. We think it's worth it, and so do our customers.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of being placed. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is dispatched.
Tracking Your Order
Once dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. Please allow 5–7 days after dispatch for tracking information to update — this is normal for international shipments.
Customs & Import Duties
For orders outside the UK, customs fees or import duties may apply depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking your local customs rules before ordering.
Delays
Occasional delays can occur due to high order volumes, customs processing, or courier disruptions outside our control. If your order hasn't arrived within the maximum estimated timeframe, please contact us and we'll investigate straight away.
Lost or Missing Orders
If your order hasn't arrived and tracking shows no movement for 10+ days, please get in touch with your order number. We'll do everything we can to resolve it.
